Main Line Philadelphia Divorce Attorney and Civil Appeals Law Firm

When potential clients contact the family law and civil appeals law firm of Vetrano & Vetrano in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, they are invited to schedule a reasonably priced, high-value initial consultation. At that consultation, the main order of business is to discover what the clients really want and to create a plan to accomplish that goal.

When Divorce is Desired

If spouses want to reconcile, the Main Line Philadelphia divorce attorneys at Vetrano & Vetrano, in Montgomery County, will help them find the means to save the marriage. On the other hand, if a spouse has decided that divorce is necessary and no reconciliation is possible, our family law lawyers do all they can to lead such spouses through divorce in an efficient, and understanding manner. In addition, our Main Line Philadelphia divorce attorneys keep a watchful eye on the long-range consequences of every decision leading up to divorce.

Civil Appeals

In our civil appeals practice, we have handled cases involving contracts, employee benefits, estates, family law, fraud, and real estate. Such cases are most often referred to us by trial attorneys. In every case, it is in the best interests of the trial attorney and the party(ies) to have an experienced appellate attorney study the case with a fresh perspective. Anthony J. (Tony) Vetrano can review the record, evaluate the merits of the appeal, and write a persuasive brief (legal argument) for the appellate court.

Dedicated Lawyers

Our four lawyers are well-respected by colleagues and offer many capabilities:

Kathleen (Kate) Vetrano, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in family law. She has extensive experience in divorce, especially those occurring after long-term marriages, and in collaborative family law.

Appellate attorney Anthony J. (Tony) Vetrano handles civil (noncriminal) appeals. He is an experienced resource for trial attorneys who need help with the complicated area of appeals. Mr. Vetrano also assists family law attorneys by (1) valuing retirement benefits and (2) preparing and putting in place the court orders necessary for the transfer of retirement benefits.

Sarinia Michaelson Feinman has experience in issues of child custody, child support, and divorce.

Sarah Ponzio has been certified as a mediator to resolve child custody, visitation and support disputes.  She also comes with litigation background, with strengths in discovery of hidden assets.

Cost Effective, Creative Family Law Practice

Our hourly rates are competitive. Due to the efficiency of our lawyers, client costs are kept reasonable. We have a client-centered approach to the practice of law, whereby we want our clients to understand their options and make informed choices. We emphasize education, communication, and creativity. We rely on modern technology such as e-mail to save time and money. During a collaborative divorce process, our attorneys participate in “four-way meetings,” which involve the spouses and their lawyers. Such meetings save time and money and promote family-centered solutions.

We invite prospective clients to contact us to schedule a consultation on your family law or civil appeals matter. This consultation will leave you with a better understanding of the issues and options of your situation.
