Ms Feinman is an associate attorney at the firm of Vetrano & Vetrano, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Ms Feinman was graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2004, and from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. While in law school, Ms Feinman interned as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry C. Dozor of the Family Court Division of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas; there she acquired extensive experience in legal writing, including the preparation of legal opinions, court orders, and briefs. She also served as a student attorney at Widener University's Family Law Clinic.

In 2004 Ms Feinman was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is an active member of the family law sections of the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), as well as an active member of the Young Lawyer's Section of the MBA. Ms Feinman was appointed Treasurer of the Young Lawyer's Section of the MBA, and Vice-Chair of the Child Advocates Committee in 2007. Ms Feinman is also a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court in family law, and is a Collaborative Family Law Affiliate who is trained in the Collaborative law approach to divorce, which focuses on severing the bonds of matrimony without severing the family.

Ms Feinman has served as the Pennsylvania Reporter for the American Bar Association's Family Law Quarterly Law in the 50 States since 2004. She also published an article in January 2005 in the PBA's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section News, Family Law Report, entitled Passport Nightmares Created by Support Arrearages: Removing Impediments can be an Impediment. In April 2005, Ms Feinman co-authored an article in the PBA Pennsylvania Family Lawyer entitled New QDRO Costs to be Factored in Divorce: Practice Pointer. In September 2005, The Legal Intelligencer interviewed and quoted Ms Feinman for their article on young lawyers and their presence in their county bar associations, entitled Generation YL: County Bar Associations Want You. In January 2006, Ms Feinman served as both speaker and author for the Equitable Distribution Case Law Update at the PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA. Ms Feinman was also a featured author in the PBA Pennsylvania Family Lawyer Case Notes in its summer 2006 issue, as well as in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's General Practitioner's Update in June 2006 and Equitable Distribution Update in December 2006. Ms Feinman was also an author and organizer for the Montgomery Bar Association's Family Law Practicum in November 2006, and in particular, authored the section on tax effects in family law cases.

Ms Feinman has chosen to limit her practice to family law, including the areas of divorce, custody, equitable distribution, child support, alimony, spousal support, enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements, with a special interest in custody relocation matters, children's rights, and in particular those of special needs children.
