Three Attorneys at King of Prussia Family Law Firm Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC Have Been Selected for Inclusion in Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in PA by the ASLA

King of Prussia, PA – February 2016 – The law firm of Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC announces partner Sarinia M. Feinman and associate attorneys Paula M. Borradaile and Lindsay Hanifan Childs have all been selected for inclusion in the Top 40 Under 40 Family Law Attorneys by the American Society of Legal Advocates (ASLA). Sarinia M. Feinman began her career as a family attorney in King of Prussia in 2004 and was named partner at Vetrano Law in 2015. Ms. Feinman has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2010. She was the course planner and moderator for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s program on “Issues for Divorce Over 50” and also serves on the Council of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Ms. Feinman is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery Bar Association and of the Doris Jonas Freed Matrimonial Inn of Court.

Family Law Firm Discusses Changes Surrounding the Waiting Period for a Unilateral Divorce and Proposed Reduction from Two Years to One Year

Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC is a family law firm based in King of Prussia and is proud to say they are at the forefront of the latest legal developments and potential changes to the law. The Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section created a Task Force to recommend legislation that would reduce the waiting period for a unilateral, no-fault divorce from two years to one. The impetus for the Task Force was the realization that longer, drawn out divorces can have a severely negative effect on families, especially on children whose parents are separating. Although the legislative process has been slow, much progress has been made over the last year, and House Bill 380 is now being considered by the Pennsylvania Senate.
