Vetrano Family Attorney Lindsay H. Childs Recently Spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section Winter Meeting

King of Prussia, Pennsylvania – February 4 – Family Attorney Lindsay H. Childs spoke on a panel at the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Winter Meeting recently. Also in attendance were Vetrano family law attorney and partner, Sarinia M. Feinman, who was on the Programming Committee for the meeting, and Meredith Dominguez. The Winter Meeting was held January 18-20, 2019 at The Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Childs served as a panelist in a plenary session for which other attending lawyers received Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit, entitled Case Law, Rules & Legislative Updates. The panel discussed the most recent appellate decisions and how they will affect future family law issues. Ms. Childs specifically spoke about recent Pennsylvania Superior Court cases involving the division of assets and the divorce process. Main Line Family Law Attorney from Vetrano is Elected Treasurer of the Montgomery Bar Association

King of Prussia, Pennsylvania – Jan 11, 2019 The Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) has elected new officers and directors for 2019. Beginning January 11th, 2019, attorney Sarinia M. Feinman took on the role of Treasurer of the Montgomery Bar Association. The annual business luncheon was held on January 11th, and the vote was taken for this year’s nominees. Some of the selection factors included past committee activities, community service, MBA service and contributions, leadership and management roles, and reasons for seeking the role. Sarinia Feinman will hold her position as Treasurer in 2019, with the notion that this will be an ongoing commitment, which will conclude with Ms. Feinman as the President of the MBA in 2022. Childs has been elected as the next Treasurer of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Oct 10, 2018 – Main Line family lawyer Kathleen B. Vetrano, Esq. of Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman in King of Prussia, recently spoke at the ABA 2018 Fall CLE Conference. The Conference was held October 2-6, 2018 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Vetrano, along with Michael A. Mosberg, Esq., and Linda J. Ravdin, Esq., spoke on the topic Postmarital Agreements: Drafting and Negotiating Valid Agreements. The subject is one with which Ms. Vetrano has a great deal of experience.
