Family Lawyers Assume New Montgomery Bar Association Leadership Roles

January 31, 2023 – King of Prussia, Pennsylvania—At the Montgomery Bar Association’s Annual Business Luncheon on Thursday, January 12, 2023, Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman partner, Sarinia M. Feinman, passed the gavel, completing her one-year term as President of the Association. During this coming year, Ms. Feinman will remain involved as Immediate Past President of the Association, remaining a part of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and various other Committees of the Association. Ms. Feinman limits her practice to family law matters, including custody relocation matters and children’s rights issues. In addition to serving as the President of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2022, Ms. Feinman also served as President-Elect (2021), Vice-President (2020), Treasurer (2019), Secretary (2018), and as Past Chair of both the Family Law Section (2014) and Young Lawyers’ Section (2009). She has also received recognition as a Main Line Top Lawyer for the past 5 years.

Also in 2023, partner Lindsay H. Childs will serve as an Officer on the Lawyer Referral Service Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Ms. Childs, who recently completed her term as Family Law Section Chair in 2022, focuses solely on family law issues, such as child custody, divorce, and enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements. Ms. Childs serves as the President Emeritus of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court in family law, and on the Board of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has been recognized as a Main Line Top Lawyer since 2019.

Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman attorney Donna M. Marcus will be co-chairing the Women in the Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association, and will also serve as Vice-Chair of the Membership Development Committee. She concentrates her practice exclusively on family law and her practice focuses on representing clients in complex family law issues. An active member of the Montgomery Bar Association, she is also a member of the MBA’s Family Law Section and Bench Bar Committee.
