| Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman

King of Prussia, PA – On December 5th, 2014, Lindsay Hanifan from Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC is set to present a program to other lawyers, organized by the Montgomery Bar Association, titled “Divorce 101.” The program, which earns lawyers continuing legal education (CLE) credit, is geared towards the younger generations of attorneys who want to learn about the practice of family law in Montgomery Country.
According to the Montgomery Bar Association, “This 101 Series is geared for Young Lawyers and Students looking for advice and techniques from our more seasoned members.” Divorce 101 includes an overview of the process of representing a client in a divorce case, including custody, support, and the division of assets from the initial consult to the final property settlement agreement or trial.
Since graduating from the Villanova University School of Law in 2011, Lindsay C. Hanifan, Esquire, has been representing clients in specific areas of family law including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, child support, alimony, spousal support, enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements. In doing so, Lindsay Hanifan has become experienced in understanding the needs of all clients and how to manage the emotions that arise in family law cases.
