Wayne Divorce Lawyer Lydia S. Terrill Speaks at Nicholas Cipriani American Inn of Court Meeting

Terrill, an associate at the law firm Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman, presented at the April meeting of the Nicholas Cipriani American Inn of Court on April 5, 2017. Ms. Terrill spoke about issues regarding law practice management and ethical obligations that attorneys face in the context of family law practice. The presentation included examples of various ethical scenarios, followed by discussion questions posed to the audience members regarding the ethical way to address those scenarios.
Ms. Terrill is a member of the Cipriani Inn of Court as well as the Family Law Section of the Montgomery Bar Association. She is trained as a certified mediator and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Nicholas Cipriani American Inn of Court meets approximately once per month to discuss various substantive family law issues. The purpose of the Inn is to promote professionalism, ethics, camaraderie and education among the bench and bar. The Inn’s namesake was a judge dedicated to public service who served on many boards in his efforts to offer guidance and seek solutions to complex problems. Judge Cipriani enjoyed mentoring new lawyers and judges and helping the children and families who came to his court.
