Lindsay Hanifan Childs, of the Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC law firm, is joining a distinguished panel of experts to advise women on what they need to know about divorce at the Second Saturday Divorce Workshop on October 8, 2016. Ms. Childs will be joined by a financial planner and marriage/family therapist. The trio of experts will advise the attendees on the legal, financial, and emotional implications of divorce at the Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell.

Ms. Childs, as a family law attorney, recognizes that divorce is far more than a legal problem. Divorce impacts every aspect of her clients’ lives, and she pursues every available avenue to alleviate the emotional, spiritual, and financial cost her clients bear. As part of her ongoing work, she is joining a panel titled “What Every Woman Needs to Know about Divorce” to ensure that she reaches as many people as possible.

Specific topics include the division of marital property, child support, spousal support, custody, and visitation. Ms. Childs is a family law attorney that serves her clients at all levels of litigation, from property division to child custody arrangements.

Ms. Childs will discuss specific legal issues like court filings, fees, form requirements, legal obligations, and the merits of alternative dispute measures. The program is hosted by the non-profit Women’s Institute for Financial Education.
