Family Law Attorney to Present Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) Program on Issues That Arise in Divorce When the Parties Are Over 50
Sarinia M. Feinman, a partner at Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC, is the course planner and moderator for the upcoming PBI program – “Issues for Divorce Over 50 – Approaching the Golden Years with No Band of Gold” – which will be held in Philadelphia on October 28th, Mechanicsburg on November 5th, and Pittsburgh on November 12th.
Ms. Feinman, along with many other speakers she has recruited and organized, will teach other family law practitioners how to handle the special nuances that arise in a more senior divorce. The program will help practitioners recognize the pitfalls and possibilities of alimony and retirement benefits, while providing practice pointers on retirement accounts, tapping the equity in the marital home, estate planning, premarital agreements, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and guardianships.
Ms. Feinman previously produced this program for PBI in 2012, and was a speaker when this program was offered both in 2008 and 2012. If you have a question about the issues that arise in divorces when the parties are over 50 years of age, please call family law attorney, Sarinia M. Feinman, at Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC.
