On Saturday, June 11, 2016, Blue Bell divorce attorney Lindsay Hanifan Childs will be speaking at the Second Saturday Divorce Workshop, titled “What Every Woman Needs to Know About Divorce.”  The workshop focuses on the reality that a divorce is not just a legal matter; it is a life-changing event.  Therefore, Mrs. Childs will be joined by a financial planner and a marriage/family therapist, to provide the women in attendance with knowledge on all aspects of the divorce process – legal, financial, and emotional.

Sarinia M. Feinman, Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC Divorce Lawyer, Moderates Presentation to Montgomery Bar Association’s Women in the Law Committee Regarding Residential Mortgage Guidelines

King of Prussia, PA On Wednesday, April 27, 2016, Sarinia M. Feinman, Wayne divorce lawyer and partner of Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC, organized and moderated a wonderful presentation for the Women in the Law Committee entitled, “Residential Mortgage Guidelines – the mortgage process from A to Z.”  Ms. Feinman, as the 2016 Co-Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Women in the Law Committee, arranged for a mortgage professional (William Rookstool, owner of Approved Mortgage Group) to appear as a guest speaker.  The program explored the impact of bankruptcy, divorce, short sales, foreclosures, and credit issues/credit repair on the ability to obtain a mortgage. Mr. Rookstool also provided an overview of the mortgage process from inception to closing.  The audience actively participated in asking relevant and timely questions, which were all addressed at this excellent program.
