Vetrano Law Attorneys Attend Family Law Section Meeting in West Virginia

Sarinia M. Feinman and Lindsay C. Hanifan recently attended the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section Summer Meeting. As an annual event, the PBA Family Law Section Summer Meeting is a great opportunity for family law attorneys to catch up on recent developments in the law while increasing camaraderie among the bar. This year’s meeting was held at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, and had over 300 attendees, including lawyers, judges, masters and their families. Each day, presentations were offered on a wide range of family law topics, including an update on same sex marriage in Pennsylvania, how to divide “indivisible” assets in divorce, and effectively using evidence at trial. Following the presentations each day, the attorneys and their family members kept busy with numerous activities, such as a golf tournament, tours of the secret Cold War-era bunker, and the beautiful mountain-side pool. Kate Vetrano from Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC, a Family Law Firm King of Prussia, Will Be Speaking at a PBI Continuing Legal Education Program in July
