Vetrano, moderated the Marital Torts and Common Criminal Allegations panel at this year’s American Bar Association Fall Family Law Section Conference. The panel discussion was held on Saturday, October 22nd in Quebec City, Canada.

Ms. Vetrano moderated the panel of speakers, who presented a variety of fact patterns involving marital torts, particularly the procedural issues related to these claims, such as whether the issues need to be raised in the divorce action itself. Common marital torts that apply to family law claims often include:
